Seva. A beauty system built to scale from one shelf to many, without the identity thinning out as the range grows.

Overview

Seva launched with three products and plans for thirty. Most beauty systems break at that point: the logic that felt considered on a small range turns into noise once the shelf fills up.

Outcome

A modular packaging system with a fixed spine and a variable field, so every new product slots in without a redesign. The identity gets stronger as the range grows, not weaker.

Scope

Visual identity
Packaging system
Art direction
Digital
